About me
As Associate Director of Education Initiatives at the Natural History Museum of Utah, Madlyn Larson focuses on the development of technology enabled learning experiences that support the development of students’ critical thinking skills. Specifically, she works with teachers, students, learning scientists, scientists, technology experts and other partners to grow the Museum’s premier digitally delivered program, Research Quest. Previously, Larson worked as Director of School Programs for the Museum, leading work to serve Utah’s K-12 teachers and students. She’s worked in classrooms and museums for more than twenty-five years providing organizational leadership with emphasis on ways museums can best support K-12 teachers and students.
