About me
Jennifer Talbott serves as the Spencer Museum of Art’s Deputy Director for Operations and Innovation and oversees the museum budget and finances, digital initiatives, human resources, external affairs, building, and legal matters. As head of digital initiatives, she has facilitated the creation and implementation of the Spencer’s first strategic digital plan, secured funding for and implemented software system upgrades, and overseen the development of multiple web-based applications and website enhancements and redesign. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Jennifer holds a BA in Mathematics Education, MS in Teaching and Leadership, MA in Art History, and PhD ABD in Art History. Prior to her work at the Spencer Museum, Jennifer taught mathematics at the collegiate and high school levels.
