About me
Jill Oster is the Senior Manager of Data Operations at the Princeton University Art Museum, where she leads the strategy, development, and stewardship of the Museum’s core data and digital systems. With more than 14 years at the Museum, she partners with cross‑functional teams to implement platforms supporting art information, constituent and marketing data, ticketing, space reservations, and visitor‑facing systems. During the Museum’s five‑year closure, Jill managed a major digital experience initiative, overseeing the launch of a new website, mobile app, in‑gallery video kiosks, and visitor desk information screens.
Jill currently manages the systems team and works closely with colleagues across the institution to align systems with organizational goals. An ITL‑certified Level 2 leadership coach, Jill brings a people‑centered lens to digital strategy work, with a passion for supporting organizational change, building trust, and helping museum professionals deepen their impact through sustainable, collaborative practices.
