About me
Beth Watson is a strategist, organizational designer and systems thinker who helps mission-driven organizations rethink how their digital ecosystems support real audience needs in a rapidly changing landscape shaped by AI and shifting user behaviors. She has worked with cultural institutions including the Minneapolis Institute of Art, Frist Art Museum, and Dumbarton Oaks, as well as technology startups, to design more intentional, outcome-driven digital experiences.
Her work focuses on helping organizations move from fragmented ideas to coordinated action through co-creation and facilitation. Drawing on product strategy, systems thinking, and methods like service blueprinting and Jobs to Be Done, Beth works with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, align around shared goals, and build digital products and experiences that are designed to evolve over time.
